Our family has been involved for generations in the pursuit and selection of new and improved varieties of rice, including Venus rice, the first black aromatic rice in Europe, red whole-grain Ermes rice, aromatic Apollo rice, Carnise risotto rice and Cerere sushi rice, without however, forgetting the more traditional varieties such as Carnaroli and Baldo.

Our Farm is renowned above all for the cultivation and direct sale of a rare variety of Venus rice with a special totally natural pigmentation.

In order to maintain all the nutrients intact, Venus rice is subjected to the minimum processing possible.
